Hello everybody,
yesterday we came back from our first camping vacation with our new Stormvogel at the North Sea (Germany). It is an absolutely wonderful tent and we just love it! Best camping experience ever
When we left the campground, we had to pack it in the morning while it was still quite wet from the morning dew. Back at home, we had to figure out how to get it dry. We live in a small appartement in Berlin (with no garden). We were lucky that our neighbours, who have a huge roof terrace, let us spread out the tent there. Today was a really hot day (+ 30 degrees) and it worked really well - the tent dried in just a few hours.
However, I am wondering now: how do you guys dry your tent? Or do you always bring down the tent when it is dry? Does that mean one has to be a bit more flexible when to leave or where to spend the last (possibly rainy) night? I am interested to hear from your experiences.
And are there people who also live in small appartements and have some ideas for getting it dry? Creative tent-drying under adverse circumstances so to speak?
I am looking forward to hearing from you!!
Kind regards,
Thea
