Hi all,

On the last night of a wonderful camping trip in the Loire valley this August, a bird in a nearby tree appears to have regurgitated some semi-digested blackberries onto the skirt area down one side of our previously unmarked Albatros.

Water and a sponge has had no effect on the stains. Does anyone know of any cunning techniques for removing berry stains that won't damage the canvas please (e.g. diluted lemon juice??), or should I just view it as adding to the character of the tent and an ongoing reminder of a great holiday ?

The last option. The stains will get lichter due to sunlight and rain.

OK - thanks a lot (in support of your recommedation, the tent is currently up in our garden as I hosed it down yesterday. it rained heavily today and when I got home from work, to my great surprise the staining was already much less than this morning)
